If you are referring to the "USJ Blazing Azure Stars" Event Quest, I believe it is open to all now. There's no need to host as you can post the Event Quest.

HR Kulve or Mr Kulve? Join SOS or filter accordingly to jump in a room with people doing Kulve hunts.

If possible, use MR armour pieces (getting them upgraded and augmented will be better). At the very least, put on Health Boost Level 3 (Vitality deco is very common). If you are using LS, try using FSS. Overall, you need the core skills up and add in some survivability skills. Consume some Mega Demon Drug or Demonpowder to gat a boost in your attack. Do remember to eat at the canteen for AuL too.

What is your current MR? If you are still in the early MR, you can try out Viper Kadachi LS. Put in Rath b+, Rath a+, Ingot a+, Odo b+, Glavenus b+ and Handicraft Charm. With that you have a nice 80 hits of white and it should last until for an area of transition.

Try With Kaiser B+, Brachy B+, Kaiser B+, Kaiser B+, Brachy B+ nd Challenger Charm. With the deco slotted, you should have Attack Boost 7, Agitator 7, Crit Eye 5, Health Boost 3, Crit Boost 3, Wex 3, Peak Perf 3, Coal 1, etc...

Augmentation is Attack and Health Regen. Go for Lightbreak Edge (LS). Anyway, the Safi's Shatterblade is fine too. You have FSS to turn defensive to offensive and with Health Boost Level 3, you are good to go.

Join those with 2x Ice or 2x Fire weapon players instead of 3x Dragon 1x Ice/Fire. Exception with those using Alatreon Dominator LBG.

I would recommend Ice and Fire. It's dependent on the quest.

If it's The Evening Star (or Special Assignment), Alatreon will be on FIRE mode. Please use ICE weapon for this quest.
If it's Dawn of the Death Star, Alatreon will be on ICE mode. Please use FIRE weapon for this quest.

Personally, this is the recommended although there are variations as well.

You'll do fine with Health Boost Level 3 and Blight Resistance Level 3 for comfort. Everything else on DPS.

If BL 3 is not possible, then prepare Nulberries. Other than that, you might want to bring your utility tool: Health Boost + Astera Jerky (can be bought from the Provisions). Usually the duration will last around 5 to 7 mins in a 4P fight.

It's useful when you are blighted with (Fire, Water, Thunder, Effluvial, Dragon). Since it's Alatreon, probably Dragonblight will have a problem unless you are running BR3 or BR2 with Coal1.

Just consume one Nulberry to cure it and proc Coal (if you have it). It's dependent on your build set and the skill sets. I have BR3 and I don't have to carry Nulberries as there's no need for it nor I'm running Wide-Range skill.

Already slayed it 53 times.

LS DPS. I've done solo, duo, 3P and 4P. I'm not going to join SOS with randoms because of ~~they are weak sauce~~ reasons.
