After sales service is excellent... but if your warranty is over, need to pay a lot of $$$$$$ for their service/parts...

for my case, my notebook is abt 1 month old. of course any dots less than 5 will not be replaced, but they offer me a solution for that, to lodge report abt abnormality regarding LCD performance and as a result i dissatisfied with it. so with this kind of report, HP will replace the LCD.
for example, if they wont allow my notebook to be repaired because my lcd has only one dots (contradict with warranty requirement, 5 dots), i'll be dissapointed. so, instead they try to avoid my dissapointment by offering another solution. that is excellentya, repairing notebook is expensive. thats why all big manufacturer offering extended warranty scheme. Im living in Alor Star, and there's one Hp service center here. If something happen to my laptop (i'm not have any yet,hehee), did they repair it there or they send to KL to fix it?
