Hi, can anyone help me? my father recently bought the Enzo 500A speaker. after setting up, all works well except the wired remote. i tried tested by plugging the wired remote with a headphone, unfortunately, no soung can't be heard from my headphone. I try plugging it through the Aux but not to avail. Is there something wrong there? i tested the whole wired remote and seem to be in good condition, including the volume control, so please help me!
