@Enigmatic: If you are of the opinion that buntA_sennA is a dupe of SGproductDev then I must say I am quite disappointed in you. I always thought you were quite facile in English and would be able to distinguish the different style and level of their postings. I guess I erred in my estimation.

We pretty much expected that people would accuse anyone with a vaguely supportive voice towards our brand to say that they are all different accounts operated by SonicGear, which is one good reason why we made it clear to our employees not to perform such acts and which is also why we don't blame people like Enigmatic for thinking it might possibly so. It is quite a reasonable assumption, considering the number of haters in this forum. It really was our fault for not being here for our supporters and letting haters get their way all the time, but hopefully we will be able to change that in the coming weeks, months, years. =)

Perhaps we should rephrase. We were most certainly not referring to yourself when we were talking about persons who do accuse us of creating multiple accounts, but we do recognize that you may consider this to be a possibility. We feel you have been reasonable in your accounts and can understand your rationale for asking buntA_sennA to step back but please do consider for a moment why as a company, it is not right to ask of our supporters to step back, if they have said nothing wrong. Our supporters and haters do have an equal right to express what they think, our stand here as a company is only to correct untruths where applicable.

You are right, we can't control what others say or think, but what we are here for, is to correct misconceptions, to challenge untruths and also to share more knowledge and information so that more people may understand and most of us may be able to come to a common understanding. Even when our supporters give misinformation, we should not ask them to keep mum, but instead help educate and correct what they have said where necessary. =) This applies to supporters and everyone else, alike.

We do agree that it's not beneficial to this thread if we simply have flaming back and forth. But that is also part of why we're here. As a company which provides largely objective information, we will do our best to mediate. In the first place,  the basis for buntA_sennA's overall reaction to the thread is quite simple. This is a fan club thread, why all the haters? Which, we're inclined to agree with, but we do know that everyone has a right to post wherever they please and as long as it is relevant, that it is ok. So what do we do? Team SonicGear will park themselves at their laptops ready to answer any posts and queries positive or negative, providing some of our personal opinions, but mostly just lots of information to help everyone understand why we do what we do. =)

We really do appreciate your way of showing concern for us and this thread, really truly do. Some might just jump on the band wagon and start firing at each other, your objective view on the situation is a one that is good to have on these forums. In this case however, we would feel, if Team SonicGear doesn't reciprocate the support given to us by our fans, by providing basic encouragement for them to voice their opinions... who will?

We never for one moment doubted your good intentions. =) Today's Team SonicGear representative is well... female. We reckon our intuition in recognizing that you only meant well is right on the dot. =D

Dear Enigmatic and power911,

The multimedia speakers with tubes is quite a sad story. We had tried to introduce this old, but awesome technology by incorporating it into modern speakers and as a product it was really very good. The Apocalypx A10 in particular was blessed with great clarity and balance, we have just couple of those left in our warehouse.

We are still not quite sure what attributed to the failure of the speakers with the tubes, perhaps it was because it was relatively expensive and our brand name could not support products at that price point at that point in time. But the products themselves are amazing, be it the Apocalypx or the Val series of radios.

We may try our luck at this again one more time, but probably much later when the SonicGear brand is more developed.

Thanks Enigmatic for standing in our shoes as well as your well wishes. We were slightly fearful that we may have offended you further in our last post but are incredibly relieved that you do understand. =D
