PSA - https://www.reddit.com/r/AnthemTheGame/comm...anthem_players/Called PSN for refund, the customer service agent guessed it was Anthem without me saying anything. Not hopeful for a refund cause he said they will investigate 7-14 days then e-mail.

Only played up to level 5 so not that many hours. Uninstalled the game now as it's not worth a chance of bricking 2 consoles to me. I'll maybe come back when the game has been retooled like Division 1 but tbh don't even feel like it at this point. Not trying to be a hater cause I love Bioware games, wanted to love Anthem but I'm done ... hence the refund request.

The only route here is to call. https://asia.playstation.com/en-my/support/contact-us/ - have your transaction id ready (12 digit number in receipt of your PSN transaction). They will say that they need to investigate 7-14 days then you get an e-mail of their decision. If you get a straight full refund let me know! Again I'm not hopeful as it's PSN Asia/MY but worth a shot at this point.
