Ok la i exagerate. But really, new dev we apply siap siap 3 phase so house owner want to use 20 appliance no need hassle upgrade

Condo u how big 1hp pasang 5 also ok kot.
I built 3 storey terrace, ground floor alone dah 3 aircond, master 2 aircond, every room, family space lagi..

It depend on the area. Got area if people on the aircond and the whole taman blackout. Not enough power (kW) long time ago & need to inform tnb to up the power. But today tnb already put extra reserve for power. Happen to me before in 80's.
