Did you manage to do it after contacting support via email? If yes, there would be some emails giving you instructions that may have sorted it out. Can you check?

If you have ETH accounts not on exchanges, check them. OMG is giving out free coins! From the largest ETH addresses to the smallest one as long as more than 0.1 ETH. 

Remember that for these "air-drops", you do not need to do anything, especially not going to a website to enter your private keys to claim free coins!

Made a withdrawal on 9th, yet the status still pending

1% taker fee ( or 0.5-0.75% if you trade 10-100+ BTC). There are around 2.2 btc for sale at 25,195 so its purely the taker fee.

The effective rate can also change if lets say you want to buy 1 BTC, but the only way to fill it is to take current selling order from 21,195 - 21,225 or more.

Using the exchange and making ur buy order manually instead and waiting for someone to fill it up would be more cost effective.

It's not MAS suspension. DBS has closed their account.  Is this action by DBS a red flag? Should we stay away from Cionhako services!

Did you guys order from a reseller, or directly from Ledger?
I ordered from Ledger last Friday, no emails from them regarding the delivery yet. 

Direct Ledger, brought in 2 units for personal use. However u will have issues at kastam. This requires import permit as its classified under special approval products.
