QUOTE(yk8 @ Jul 1 2017, 11:26 PM) depends you want to risk this time investment or not , either dead split chain , recovery might take long time , or crash , but if nothing happen , may skyrocket into another level . I started with 0.4 btc last month, have about 2 btc now from trading so i'll risk. Nothing lost even if crashes back to 0.4btc. FOMO on rocket |

QUOTE(PrincZe @ Jul 1 2017, 11:39 PM) yep last month crypto was booming, u just needed to throw money to get them gains. Got onto the strat train from $5 to $9, then got on 2 Siacoin pumps from 500 sat to 600+ sat, had some in bitbay too which went from 900 sat to 1700 sat last month. Had ANS in my watchlist when it was around $1.4 but too bad I missed it. |

QUOTE(wiisg @ Jul 1 2017, 11:50 PM) Not really swing trading I guess, in the sense that I don't look at technicals. I buy coins with strong fundamentals with intention to hold for long term but when they are overvalued (too much hype in the market) I get uncomfortable and tend to sell them and repurchase if the price drops again. If prices go further up I'm not getting back in. |

QUOTE(kmarc @ Jul 2 2017, 12:00 AM) Damn, wanted to claim stellar for my XRP holdings. Turns out they capture XRP holdings on 22nd May and not 26th June! I just got my ledger around that time and hadn't really transfer out my XRP from Polo yet. My free stellar..... Looks like Polo is not participating in the stellar giveaway : https://twitter.com/Poloniex?ref_src=twsrc%...7Ctwgr%5Eauthor My free free stellar.... |

Just bought back ANS at 308k, increased my holdings from 613 to 703 coins. It'll probably go down further but if I could correctly predict every bottom I wouldn't be here haha

Getting FUCKING pissed with all these new ICOs. They come up with some fancy idea, put up some shitty white paper crammed full with buzzwords on a pretty but useless website and ask for few hundred millions from the start. Stratis started with $600k seed money and everyone was screaming pump and dump.
This is gonna be the dotcom bubble all over again. Once 1 or 2 ICO bubble pops, everyone's gonna panic and bring the whole thing crashing down. The good ideas will survive but nobody's gonna be happy with 3 or more years of recovery time. I blame the founders, bloody greedy cunts (what do you need 200mil for? Lambos to carry ur ass around?) as well as those retarded FOMO investors. |

QUOTE(dc_talkz @ Jul 5 2017, 04:00 PM) It's a quality reflection, but the drop is mostly coz of no news for a while, hype on ANS has dried out plus a fall in market cap (106b to 99b now). There's a dev conference on the 15th July which could pump up the price a bit so I'm looking to buy back later.P.S Look at that EOS crash lol This post has been edited by Flame Haze: Jul 5 2017, 04:10 PM |

QUOTE(kmarc @ Jul 7 2017, 06:39 AM) Agreed. I forgot to mentioned that it is more about the coins they chose. I'm sure they would have done their homework to have selected those few coins even though most of it had shot up quite a bit. If they have confidence in those coins, it is probable that new investments entering the market will probably go for those good coins too. There're rumors that Polo has lost access to some of its cold wallets. Rumors are rumors but yeah, Polo has been having a lot of issues lately. On other news, monero and litecoin are racing each other. Who will come out on top? Hmmm... I just noticed something. Polo's user based had been decreasing lately. Usually around 30k users. When I checked the volume, it looks like many had run to Bittrex. Polo volume - BTC 66k, ETH 11k Bittrex volume - BTC 34k, ETH 41k Bittrex used to have only about 10-15% of Polo's volume. Not surprising due to Polo's recurrent problems and poor customer service. |

QUOTE(kmarc @ Jul 7 2017, 08:08 AM) Polo lost access. They're saying Polo lost access to some of its cold wallets so it's operating with only a fraction of its total amount of coins. Which is why there's been a spike in withdrawal issues recently. I read it somewhere on a polo complaint on reddit, i'll try to dig it out but might not find it, too much polo complaints there lol. |

QUOTE(archangel22 @ Jul 8 2017, 12:26 AM) The politics in Bitoin is all about those who think Bitcoin exists to increase freedom vs those who think it exists to make them rich. I hate the ETH subreddit more. Full of dumb shills who go all out to attack other coins. As if all coins are direct competitors to ETH. I've seen some who contribute nothing but defend ETH like their gf, and they post anything that sounds like bad news in other subs like stratis, ans, lite and dash etc. Also, rip SC. |

I might get it on litecoin just before Aug 1. Wait till it drops a bit more. But of course this is just money I can afford to lose, it's a gamble I'm willing to take.

QUOTE(heavensea @ Jul 11 2017, 01:17 PM) Stratis is kinda officially gg... I've possess some startis as well. You should read the stratis reddit. Get some popcorn. Public shaming of the devs going on, damn funnyI guess ALL alt coins gonna returned to their very earlier price, which is massive lost for every current holders. |
