If u really intend to switch exchanges, there are plenty of others out there u could try n checkout - Luno, Kucoin, Coinbase, Kraken, Coinomi...I'm not sure if its possible, n its worth checking, but there's also Binance.Sg that's already gone thru the regulatory rigamarole there albeit they have fewer coin pairs.

Or, why not just use Binance for now but keep ur coins off exchange (in a yield account or a staking pool or a cold wallet?)

you should be getting a hard wallet right? dont keep your coins in exchanges... where ever you go... all exchange can go poof with your coins.
Edit: read the channelnewsasia article. basically, I like what is happening, the founder is willing to sell all its user's info, in order to be a legal entity, and also cut down on the un-protected gambling , shit trading.
Meaning: you are only scared if you are money laundering and other illegal stuff. Overall, a safer environment.
The illegal stuff will not go thru exchanges... it will be P2P...
