I am new to bitcoin. Just put 10% of my cash to buy at 44.5k.
My next order placed at 40k.
Not sure how you guys study the bitcoin price to enter. Using technical analysis like stock?

Actually i prefer btc to dump hard first, then bull run again, like this we can make much more.

If btc bull ran from 50k to 100k = only 2 times.

If btc bull ran from 20k to 100k = 5 times.

Let it drop really hard first.

I hope so.. lol at least drop below 40k entry point

Fail to breakthrough resistance, 50-53k should be the next support

More potential and usage especially with ETH 2.0 sharding in the future.
Right now DeFi/NFT is hot too.

New to crypto and trade just based on technical analysis.
Did hold bitcoin and xrp, and also CAN stock
I am surprised that ETH is pretty stable during the recent crash.
Xrp grow and rebound fast and Bitcoin seems the laggard.

As for NFT, still now I still don’t know very clear what it is and how it have the potential..more like a hype for me... didn’t touch it at all...

Actually want to ask, how do people play buy low sell high? Example buy 1 btc in early days:

Bought at 190K
Sold at 230K
Profit 40K

Then see the market strong, buy at 240K (190K+40K=230K). End up top up +10K to enter back into crypto market.

Hence do buy low sell high only work for short term, and not long term? and a lot of people say after sell, wait until the price drop. But what if it doesn't drop? Like now, we don't see 190K btc (which is just few months back). Open for discussion

The one people say after sell renter when the price drop, means buy at the next correction. Need use technical analysis and only buy at the support, sell at resistance.. If support broken need to find the next support to average down or cut loss/sell portion.
Of course it will drop impossible one stock/crypto only go up never correction one. Like bitcoin it goes up with higher low higher high

after these few weeks trading crypto..
just my noob opinion below, I don’t look at fundamental one, only from TA & observation:
"1. only buy at 2 situation:
- when correction, only buy at support level, patience wait. And after rebound, hold right tight wait for close to all time high to sell
- when going uptrend, don’t chase high, buy on the 2nd or 3rd day when bullish flag formed, after rebound, sell when close to the resistance"
"2. which crypto to choose to buy:
- for the big one, eg. Bitcoin, Eth, Lite, XRP… choose the one growing strong - better ETH or Lite.. bcs 强者恒强.. If buy for long term investing, bitcoin , XRP might be the good choice but not for short term trading.
- for the small/new one. … choose the one under higher negative% at that time. eg. if today i die die want to buy one, at that time DOGE +5%, NEO -2%, UNI -5%.. then choose UNI... they will take turn to rebound in days..."
But I still think that this crypto hype will not last long, and likely will have one crash coming soon, maybe end of May…
So just put some small money play play trading fast in fast out enough
