Recently I'm being invited by my friend to attend a talk on DasCoin. A very promising future presented by the speaker that DasCoin will be the future top digital currency which will be replacing Bitcoin as it possess the characteristic of Fiat Currency and Digital Currency which makes is special and huge demand on it. Furthermore, DasCoin will also be accepted by 60 million merchant (if I remember the numbers correctly) and affiliate with Visa and Master.

The presentation ends with introduction on how to invest in DasCoin with different packages. The higher the amount invested, the lower of cost of investment per coin. This put me off immediately as the valuation of the coin varies too much and it does not make any sense to me. Also the different sign up packages + commission for referral make it sounds like a MLM instead of genuine investment.

My friend is very optimistic on it and keep promoting it, fainted.

Any view?
