6 years into crypto here. Parked most of my funds into BTC only. Honestly, it’s hard to find an altcoin that outperform BTC in long term. Look at EOS, LSK, NEO and where are they now?

Near was good to buy at 1 dollar price zone. Did you get some? I was looking at it and prefer smaller cap. Do check the ATH, possible market cap and possible price. Compare with 2021 if it's done substantial improvement on the ecosystem.

Dot is lousy in price action past 2 weeks but I've seen improvement past yrs and believe the coin will have its moment.

Perhaps consider what narrative will pump. All will eventually  including meme coin (there will be a meme season for sure) but choose the narrative you prefer, and a small safe market cap project. Al is doing pretty well. I love L2 as well, always a safe bet.
