The most you can do now is trading to earn more BTC to hold.
Dont think the value will recover anytime soon.
Accumulate more BTC or your favourite alt coin and hold.

There is a simple reason why ppl get liquidated. They take too much risk and bet too big trying to predict the market and thinking that they will make a shit ton of money (in this case BTC) by using leverage. Let me give u an example, sharing info live from bitMEX's calculator.

Assume current BTC price is $1000, and I buy (go long) at that price:

1) 1x leverage liquidation price is $501.50
2) 10x leverage liquidation price is 913.50
3) 25x leverage liquidation price is 966.50
4) 100x leverage liquidation price is 995.50

At 100x leverage, it takes $10 increase from my buy price for me to double my investment, but it only takes 4.50 drop to liquidate my entire purchase. Even at 25x leverage, the price needs to increase $41.50 to double my investment, but take 33.50 drop to liquidate my position.

Dont get me wrong, I also have losing trades before in bitMEX. But I monitor the prices like a hawk when I am in a trade, and I put very tight stoplosses, the higher leverage I go, the tighter my stoploss. I also wait patiently for the right opportunities to trade, and dont force myself to trade when the charts are not right. Ppl who work as traders in companies have targets they need to achieve, are forced to find every trading opportunity possible. For us as personal traders, we have the luxury of time, and should only trade when all the charts look in our favour.

That's why I don't rely on automatic buy orders. All my trades are manual in case of flash crashes or false dumps.

Jan 2018 was the peak time. All Ath..now been suffering for 1 and half year bear market and with BTC broke 6k level gives much more bull euphoria.

Just to clarify, I said "if I want to convert to fiat". I don't intend to convert all yet.

I got 600% profit from BNB alone this year, when I converted some, the cost was around 2.5% only, no sweat.

BTW it's the same with any other investment if you want to convert. Whether it's from property to fiat, gold to fiat, shares to fiat, it's never going to be 100% perfect conversion rate. What matters is if your profit is larger than the conversion cost. 

Made a nice profit from ETH/Nano past few days. I'm planning to cash out half my ETH and Nano. Already started converting some of them to TrueUSD.

Yes, perhaps prices will rise even more but I don't want to make the same mistake in 2017 and get greedy and regret if prices suddenly crash. 

Seeing more people now in this forum because prices are increasing. My advice to you is to set a target price to cash out.

Yes, August 6. I have been collecting LTC since February. I still think that $150-180 is reachable by end of the year. I might be wrong though but my entry price is pretty low.
