They are lots of great news coming in i.e. BAKKT, Fidelity, ETF Approval, Banks partnering exchange and etc..

like i said a few weeks before... crypto technology is the future but the coins is done.. there is just too much volatility and negative news and roadblocks by govt to stop coins and crypto companies from truly lifting off. high chance the coin mooning craze (2017 nov to feb 2018) is a one off thing and may never happen again...

of course i hope they soar again but at this pt in time things are looking really bleak. this could mark the beginning of the end of the coins sweat.gif console.gif

like i said two weeks ago, the crypto technology is here to stay but what I am afraid is the coins are done, game over.....

the coin market is just too volatile. one fart (negative news) from the people who are trying to bring down the system and down goes those coins.. there is a high chance that the moon we all saw last year was like a once in a life time one off lottery thing.. i hope i am wrong but at this point, it is hard to be optimistic sweat.gif laugh.gif

as for those trolling or showing their anger here, i can understand... losing alot of money will do that to someone.. luckily my losses aint too bad sweat.gif unsure.gif

rumours had it that the mooning of the crypto last nov was due to manipulation by the "powers" behind...

now that they are gone, the chips have tumbled.... ETH has dropped to 100+ doh.gif sweat.gif hmm.gif

And that was what I have been hinting all these while. I mean when something goes up so drastically,  most likely it's caused by something behind. It's not rocket science.

But then over here,  only positive news apparently is allowed

That is why I mentioned that at 19000, I would have advised you to sell.  Just like I would have done the same at say  10000 or even 5000. But then some ppl decide to twist my words to say that I said that you should sell at 19000 and no other price.

I dunno. They say that I am bitter.  I think its the other way round. BTW. I dun understand this logic. If I lost money becayse of bitcoin,  I would not slap my face again by reminding myself right?

And positivity can be bad. Look at mc ocean. Look at where their positivity brought them.

yeah... sometimes the reality hurts and ppl just cant handle the truth

i have a cousin whom did not sell his coins at 14000+ now ended up losing everything sweat.gif ... he is only 25 years old and would have earned a six figure profit had he not been so "greedy" laugh.gif sweat.gif

i lost some money on bitcoin too... bought at 6k+ now its at 4k... i mean i know bitcoin is all speculation, manipulation and stuff but i think most would not have anticipated a drop this drastic laugh.gif

BTC is fluctuating at around 39k to 41k. A sign of profit taking / stagnation to come?

What are you all views on the latest news mentioned above? While there are many benefits of crypto, many policy makers are concerned about it being used by terrorists and other "bad guys" to move money around. I personally feel they are not wrong

"Regulators have urged caution. Earlier this month, the UK's Financial Conduct Authority said that people who invest in cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum could well "lose all their money." - This particular line is especially chilling sweat.gif

Yes indeed. But news like these are not welcomed as it frightens uninformed buyers or buyers with low composure leading to dropping prices no? unsure.gif

QUOTE(SmallPenguin @ Jan 26 2021, 10:29 PM)
My bet is on way shorter than take

Reason is right now we are entering Wave C down (Wave B ended with 42k as smart money cashed out just like 2017 situation at 20k)

I think it will be shorter since
- Institutions/big money. Up faster, down faster
- USD will continue gradually increase till Q1 or Q2 this year (good time to "dump" the prices to complete the waves)
- Then the USD interest rate will straight down to zero and yes, you hear me here, negative rate. (which will enlarge every single bubble from stock to property and of course crypto)

If to say to make everything according to the "plan" and boost crypto with the rocket boosts from devalue USD, the correction wave has to end before the interest rate go down, then lets hit 100k baby drool.gif

haiz... as usual... i have missed the wave up just like in 2018... have to wait another wave up in another 2 year's time? cry.gif
