it's still ok, never had to transfer too many out so no issues. i am basic verified.

I thought basic verified can still withdraw 0.4BTC daily right?

I failed the enhanced verification too due to "name mismatch", waiting them to do manual verification. Since then i never try do any withdrawal, so i also not sure whether name mismatch still can withdraw or not.

i had a problem verifying with Bittrex. didnt bother anymore, just use Binance. no need verify, withdrawal limit is 2btc

I also have problem with Bittrex. Name mismatch thus have to be manually reviewed by them. It has been 1 month and no news whatsoever.  I guess our malaysian surname is considered as last name, but for them that is considered first name, thats why the problem for name mismatch occurs. I don't use that site cuz I afraid I cant withdraw if i am not verified. Have been using Binance now and it is good.

Yes, CEX.IO but be wary as you would be subjected to an additional master card charge and the prices of their BTC is at a premium!
There was a write up sometime back by Bittrex saying that they only randomly locked 0.1% of their customers to get them to do their verification right ?
