1. Tesla is Elon own baby. He never want to see his own company stock drop even he says a bit high. Beside, Tesla stock is US exchange as main. 

2. Bitcoin however is determined by him buying and then announcing the purchase. Of course people around the world will buy cause of him as influencer. He could have hinted us that he want to sell bitcoin when he said the same "bit to high" thing. Bitcoin is not Elon's own company.. its open global market. For sure he is in it for the profit take to fund his losses on Tesla car that was recall due to faulty display screen.
