I did not buy during the 40% because all my money in many different ico. Now i have fresh new profits looking for home. I made more then 5x USD value on my last ico when it hit binance, but i think that is mostly because btc moon. Indahash is my next target even if it is not cheapest price anymore.

POWR is one of those tokens that I am kicking myself on.
2 weeks ago I was researching into it, and it was hovering around USD 0.14 at the time, if I remember correctly.
I had already decided to invest a little sum into it, but due to some circumstances, I wasn't able to, and decided to do it the next day.
By the next day, it had listed on Bittrex and shot up past USD 0.24 and from then on, it never looked back.

Price differs by 2‰ after purchase. (so i assumed fees is 2%)

Or after exchange was restored, it will auto buy there instead thus at higher rate?

I think luno first take it from their own exchange, then if run out take from other exchanges.

I'm guessing the RM2,500 earlier was because Luno's ETH board was trading at 670 sats instead of 570 sats (SS in earlier post).

Wanted to transfer my BTC to other exchange to buy current price ETH and then send back to LUNo for the premium... but then it stabilised di. 

Luno's BTC dynamic fee is 0.00048768, which is at RM34,998 is about RM17? Not bad, previusly it cost me RM60-80 to send out from Luno.

I've never used a Trezor before......interested to know what is the benefit of a Trezor over a Ledger Nano S?

I honestly think that many of those 4 million BTC are from those mined back in the early days, where nobody really thought they would be really worth that much today, so many people either lost their private keys or just forgot about them.
Miners then would easily have thousands of BTC mined, and probably crashed their hard drive without backing up their private keys, etc.

Definitely a huge figure, in monetary terms.
But when you think about it, a miner back in 2010 would easily have maybe 10k bitcoins stashed in his hard drive, back when they were mining hundreds of BTC per day or something like that.
Just 400 persons with 10k BTC each is already 4 million BTC.
Probably worth not more than USD 50 in total back in the day...... hahaha......
