Seeing all the tax-related posts is really depressing. More depressing than market crash. Is there no way we can use our money the way we want without reporting to anyone else? Why I need to give up a portion of my money when I gain, but when I lose nobody gives money to me? What a messed up system.
*

That is why i am thinking last few days, juts drive my parents myvi and pretend to be poor. can rent nice apartment but that is it. If u get like a tenx pay card you can spend your gains as it does not touch your bank account. So the bank will think u are poor and people on the road will think u are poor but u are rich inside. also u pay no tax.

Your friends who work, they are rich outside with nice car and own nice house but in bank account end of the month always empty. they pay alot of tax.

So how much fund you withdraw to bank account without triggering suspicions?

I’m thinking, surely there is a way to buy cars without alerting the bank? I mean don’t rich people do these all the time sweat.gif
*
I think next month i will talk to an actual tax consultant because i want to buy a car.

To buy a car u need payslip. i dont have payslip so i have to buy with cash, no choice and it will alert lhdn. (even RM 18k car buy with cash will alert lhdn) mega_shok.gif

For withdrawing, people say less then RM20k to prevent bank negara reporting, but in website i see they say RM50k. Most bank has a max transfer limit for RM50k per day for personal account. If u put in business account not an issue because there is an accountant to audit every year.

Can pm me for referral link if interested.

ps. market all red, my ether is patiently waiting for a new home as long as it does not get dump more then the rest. sweat.gif

LTC got hurt a lot more than BTC. sad.gif
If you bought ETH in Dec, you can still be happy.

Eth moon last month because of casper alpha or something like that. They are racing to get proof of stake as fast as possible because all new smart contract coin with mainnet have it already.

Already debunked by crypto community. The report's probably created by nocoiners.

EOS seems promising but their finished product will only be out only in June it seems. Anybody in it? how is it compared to IOTA
*
I have been in crypto for years and this is the best and most ambitious project that i have seen and deserve to be right up there with ether. Unfortunate i do not think it is the best Roi for my money because it is expensive. I prefer bargain hunting for undervalue coins that i like more. If u not full time trader i think my best advise is invest in ether and eos only. Stay away form btc as it not the future. I dont own any eos but i do use ether as my base currency for me to jump on cheap undervalued stuff. icon_rolleyes.gif

Iota i think does not have smart contract yet and small development community compared to eos.

What do you think about ICX then?
I think ICX has more potential than EOS
*
I did not do much research to have an opinion, but eos have 1bil development fund and free transactions. Can icx beat that? maybe u should tell me why u like icx. I change my mind quite fast if i understand the benefits.

Both ICX and EOS are interesting. Bought a couple of both.
Both are ambitious, but both are basically vaporware until more DApps or cryptos are based on them.

However I think EOS if it fulfills its promise of zero transaction fees and scalability, it'll beat ICX.

Also I like EOS's logo more. Feels very cyberpunk. tongue.gif
*
Well maybe ICX has more upside then EOS. Actually in i think there are many coins with better upside then EOS but Dan Larimer is no joke, he build bitshares and steemit. He build steemit in a few months only with no ICO money.

Block one probably saw him and decided to give him unlimited money to build a new smart contract blockchain. How many ICX developers have 2 or more blockchain project under their belt that reach 1 bill market cap.

Odds of it being vaporware is very low considering they have a working testnet already and alot of code is from bitshares network. I predict when EOS launch, all crypto will moon irrespective of what coin it is because the publicity and excitement for crypto will be all time high. thumbsup.gif

ICX market cap is only about 1/3 of EOS currently. Hence, there have much more to room to grow.
It's not even on a Korean exchange yet despite being a Korean coin
Their team is extensive and constantly hiring of new talents
The hyperconnect concept is really interesting. Connecting 10 universities and hospitals in Q2 this year which many more industries coming soon.
As you know, Koreans are extremely hardworking and talented people, they realise things very fast. This is why I have faith on them.

I dont think that argument is enough for it to eclipse eth and eos in the long run. It will always be a small player in the game unless they have charismatic leader like a steve jobs or roger ver running around promoting it to compensate for their technical inexperience. But if your argument is that it is a good investment because of the koren bithumb pump, then i agree price wise it is undervalued and there money to be made. nod.gif

if we make profit from crypto speculation we need to pay tax , if we make losses will bnm/lhdn/kastam compensate us ? we are bearing the element of risk when speculating. therefore profit from crypto should be termed "WINDFALL" NOT "INCOME". because trading crypto is not guaranteed, its not regular, and its not our full time job.
*
Then why do they tax lottery winners? It is not income too.

Exactly my point. We need to create an environment that is conducive for talented blockchain developers to come in, similar concept as MSC (tax free for few years and other incentives).

If Malaysia govn can put an initiative to attract blockchain dev into Malaysia, this will be big for Malaysia economy and the country. The future is blockchain. Look at Japan, they are smart, they know blockchain is the next big thing. Japan is trying to attract blockchain dev. Malaysia is very unique, if the Malaysian govn can support blockchain dev, I believe we can attract lots of devs, and making Malaysia a heaven for blockchain development, research and conference destination.

Can someone just start an online petition?

Malaysia is soo technology backwards they consider blockchain and bitcoin as non halal. Then they go and freeze luno account making use feel like we are money launderers and criminals trading iligaly. It is ok, i dont care, country like singapore will take all the investment money and talents form us.

For us it is more important we compete with india in the outsource department that will soon be dead because of blockchain and AI.
