QUOTE(Leo the Lion @ Jun 30 2017, 09:40 AM) In crypto community right now...so far only Clif High have very accurate forecasting of cryptocurrency using his Lexicron word-emotion(predictive linguistic) based algorithm. He predict the the rise of bitcoin accurately since end 2015-2016-until now. Highest peak he mention is bitcoin will be somewhere $13,000-14,000 february to march next year(2018) You can buy his alta forecasting report in halfpasthuman.com But this guy major prediction on gold and silver price flunk badly for years though. So theres still a lot of risk involved |

QUOTE(AllnGap @ Jun 30 2017, 10:32 AM) the only thing which can hammer everyone to exit this market is closure of exchange like what that billionaire said, regulatory risk. Yup. But the boom and bust cycle for bitcoin and ether isnt log. Cycle is every 4 years with the halvening. We already 1 year into last bitcoin halve inv reward. We may have another 6month-1 year of bullish market condition before price stabilize/drops... biggest exchange in the world is US and china. any changes to their policy on coins will determine the death of crypto. as long as there are new money, new participants entering this market, then it is sustainable. like btc enter bear market for 2 years before that, because Chinese regulators changed policy on their exchanges. must know what bottom line factors which can affect it. Ether will be in for the halvening by 2019 wootz if im not mistaken. Also take note some alt coin may go bust by next year-2019 with all this crazy ICO and not all will be a success... |

lol need to fight meh?
i thinkarchangel pointed out fairly theres 2 main crypto that gives value to all other crypto that is Bitcoin and Ethereum. Bitcoin- deflationary currency. Have max limit of 21mil. Value is being generated by scarcity and competition of cost to mine. Every 4 years they will halve the rewards and this increase the cost/difficulty to miners and spike the price up. Ethereum- Inflationary currency. No limit of coin generated. Value is being generated by human invention/contribution to usefulness in society. Ether contribute this by having smart contract on top of their token. They also use the concept of halvening rewards like bitcoin every 4 years, This is to ensure eventhough there is no cap on the supply, but the supply is being controlled and not caused it to be hyperinflationary. You may choose which type of economy you are using as your 'ANCHOR' and what you believe in. There is no right or wrong. This post has been edited by max_cavalera: Jun 30 2017, 06:34 PM |

QUOTE(heavensea @ Jun 30 2017, 07:40 PM) I think his points are: yes. i am trader same mould as archangel. so there is no point arguing with each other of each own unique method. as long as we make money. All method is plausible in this super bull run crytponomy- trade on alt coin in order to increase holding amount of btc - lock in profit into fiat after what I'm most concern is WHEN govt gonna intervene to cut this beef. |

QUOTE(WooTz @ Jun 30 2017, 07:48 PM) His method seems to be laughing at ETH from $10 to $300 today. No joke. lol yes i understand ether went to 10x better appreciation than btc. He can't be any more biased. So apparently 3x is obviously better than 30x And he'll laugh at NEO as well it seems. That's not how money is made folks, you embrace change. However u need to consider as ether is more like an infrastructure railway where all this ico and coding built on. They are doing fine now. But all these mega money ICO not all of them will be successful in the distant future. Once a few of the big ones collapse/failed project, ether is gonna take a hit as well. That is among major risk ethereum can nosedrive in the future. For now until mid 2018 i feel, ether is gonna skyrocket well. Im even planning to buy more ether next time it dips. Regret didnt buy it when it drop around $217 Yes you are right ether is outperforming bitcoin badly in this point of time right now. But who knows in the not so distant future or 2-5 years from now archangel prediction may be right? Once scaling issues have been ironed out for btc, who can predict the price will not skyrocket? |

QUOTE(dc_talkz @ Jun 30 2017, 09:24 PM) Hey thanks for this analysis. It was a good read. I'm very grateful to people like Wootz who has consistently brought news about ANS, which are not easily accessible to those who can't read Chinese, and Heavensea for providing good inputs on the general perception of the Chinese public in relation to ANS. Overall, I'm thankful that this community is turning into a valuable information hub. I can't stand the pump and dump groups on telegram and slacks. Tezos. Got billionaire backer(dont remember the name thou)....On another note, any of you have any thoughts on Tezos? Token sale is tomorrow I think. But Clif High mentioned the investor and the programmer have a conflict point of view/interest on how the company should be run(in the details).... |

QUOTE(limtenggen @ Jul 1 2017, 01:39 AM) hello guys ! i am new and just wanna try out cryptocurrency so i have some question to ask sifu here ! + need some advise Coinbase is pretty huge licensed exchange in US.i am currently mining via nicehash ( just a hobby XD) and they "nicehash" will pay me in BTC ... before i saw this post i was storing my BTC in coinbase ( cause its under RM100 just an experiment so i didn't care much about security) so is coinbase ok for storing BTC (like small amount below rm 500 ? cause i will cash out i personally doesn't like to store money in a very volatile currency ) Cause i didn't saw anyone talking about it ( but after reading i know it is less secure than a hardware based wallet ) and does coinbase wallet same function as other wallet which can sale , buy , trade cryptocurrency or should i change my wallet ? (pure advise afterall it's my own responsibility if anything goes wrong ) sorry btw if i asked stupid or any question that does not make sense cause i am really new to this cryptocurrency thing , just a normal guy trying to learn something new ! cheers If it got hacked, crypto world gonna implode.😅 Like the mt gox magnitude |

QUOTE(shahrul09 @ Jul 1 2017, 09:32 PM) Haha this is realy fucked up. Sounds like a scam to me 🤔🙄The EOS Token distribution will take place over 341 days starting on June 26, 2017 at 13:00 UTC. One billion (1,000,000,000) EOS Tokens will be distributed according to the schedule below: 1) 200,000,000 EOS Tokens (20% of the total amount of EOS Tokens to be distributed) will be distributed during a 5 day period beginning on June 26, 2017 at 13:00 UTC and ending on July 1, 2017 at 12:59:59 UTC (the “First Period”). 2) 700,000,000 EOS Tokens (70% of the total amount of EOS Tokens to be distributed) will then be split evenly into 350 consecutive 23 hour periods of 2,000,000 EOS tokens each beginning on July 1, 2017 at 13:00:00 UTC. 3) 100,000,000 EOS (10% of the total amount of EOS Tokens to be distributed) will be reserved for block.one and cannot be traded or transferred on the Ethereum network. Wow i just read the eos term. The rest of 70% will be done on 23 hour basis amount of 2m token, and will be distributed among the funder equally? This is really weird. Someone might get lucky just to get alot portion of the token if nobody else/ not many ppl contribute on that day. And for sure the small fish that contribute in the first 20% will get lesser token compared to the 70% https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1990419.0 Very fishy..... QUOTE(wengherng @ Jul 8 2017, 01:29 PM) If it dipped to USD 150+, I'd be stocking up for sure. Currently ranked 41 in coinmarketcap.Even pumping in fresh money. Also, PAY just listed on one major exchange, and within the last 12 hours has already entered the top 50 by market cap. Imagine when it lists on another two or three more exchanges. I'm going to stock up a bit more of it as well. Cheap coins everywhere. With 100mil+ market capitalization. Still got much more room for growth |
