There was a circuit breaker event on Luno at around 9pm earlier, at least for XLM.
I was trying to buy 20k XLM and then it just went to post-only, remained like that for a good 30 minutes then every coin got circuit breaker for another 5 minutes. By the time it came back, sudden shoot back up for all coins buy ~10% lol.
