My one is long term play, wouldn't sell any until above $200k.. So anything below that price is a steal in my opinion.

I think $200k BTC this cycle is very likely. my 2 satoshi

For me $200k is also quite conservative, actually my realistic target is way higher but people might think I am crazy for stating it here.

There is literally not enough new BTC to go around, institutional investors have bought it all. PayPal have sold more BTC since they started, than miners have been able to mine. I can't remember when BTC was this scarce. That's why price is going insane, supply and demand. We are now at the whim of human psychology, when enough big boys get weak hands and we get a critical mass of profit taking.

There is a huge supply shock going around now. People expecting large pull backs are unlikely to get them. Institutions don't panic sell like retail.

Also institutions can't easily get into and out of the market. They do their purchases over days and weeks. That means buying pressure is relatively constant which means price will keep going up for the time being.

I got into BTC space since 2014 and don't worry I know what I am doing.

I used to mine it and still have been buying every month and believe in BTC long term price.

Many friends have been asking me if now is a good time to buy BTC or some *insert random altcoin*. But they think price is too high and will wait for dip first (since around $20k)

New people might get scared and sell if they see some slight dip. We need to make new HODLers and HODL no matter what.

I will tell them to invest only the amount they can afford to lose. If it suddenly goes to $0 tomorrow, are you okay with losing the money? if not, then don't invest.

I have been checking prices numerous times per day, and can't seem to sleep well at night and can't focus on any other stuff lately.
I used to check price like only once per day. I can't even watch a movie or Youtube peacefully without touching my phone and check BTC price.

I wonder if it is just me or if you all HODLers feel the same

Maybe I am fully invested into BTC. More net worth in BTC than in any other assets/cash.

I don't trade at all so I never set price alert on phone as the price movement doesn't affect my gain/loss since I am a HODLer, but I still keep checking the prices lately.

I don't drink alcohol, but yeah lately I have been spending on some fine dining to celebrate and is planning to upgrade my gaming PC to keep myself distracted.

That's why I only invest in crypto (95% BTC, 5% ETH) as I believe in the long term value of it.

The reason why I can't sleep well lately is that, I think of how far I have come from few years ago and it finally paid off. And the fact that with my DCA even at the bottom at 3k in late 2018/early 2019 and now with all these newfound wealth. I didn't tell any of my friends about my holdings, only few friends know I got into crypto but they don't know the exact amount.

I have been thinking what should I do with all these money and I am still quite young. That's why I am excited right now and feel like all these DCA I have been buying is now finally paid off.

I don't feel comfortable mentioning the amount in an online forum, but I would want more

I will definitely start travelling once everything is back to "old" normal.

I am still thinking if I should quit my 9-5 job? or to start my own business or something. Assuming crypto keeps going up

And also this pandemic changes how I view about money.

I feel like even having a lot of money is useless if we can't even travel internationally. Have to worry whether you will be infected with virus or not when we go out.

I don't actually hate my job, but because I actually have quite a lot of free time in office (mostly reading crypto and my own stuff ) and the salary is not bad.

And I don't see much career progression in here so I have been thinking about my life choices for my future lately.

Yes, you are right.

Since I am living frugally right now and even if I sell them into fiat I do not have anything I want to buy/spend on yet.

I still believe crypto can go up few multipliers from here so I am HODLing for now

I am not bullish on Malaysian companies to be honest. At least US stocks have innovative companies like Tesla, Apple, Amazon which I am more confident in. For REIT I might consider in near future.

Cannot really say financially free yet as I still need to work my 9-5 jobs and cant retire yet. I didn't sell crypto yet and who knows if it goes to zero. I feel like my wealth is tied to how well crypto does so it is quite risky for other people but I am okay with it as I believe in it.
