My last email to LUNO, i told them i will lodge a POLICE report against them if they do not reply me by tomorrow. I'm sure will do it. F this LUNO, no reply at all since 30 Nov

Guys, please advise me the procedure to log a case with BNM for LUNO? I really can't stand it as 8 f**king days already, my deposit still not credited. Any number for me to call or i have to go BNM office and do it?

I remember someone who put either but not both, his deposit went to manual and was cleared a week later too.
