Bro, so you're leaving your mining system on 24hours a day ? Or do you off it at times ?

Really keen in building my mining rig
*
24 hrs in cold room. Gpu temp max at 72c. U can use riser to create gap for gpu as it will be very hot. I didnt do that as riser is additional cost n fire risk. I dont have time to monitor it physically n rely on remote.

Unless it hang then i go reboot it but that only happen when i was doing optimization.

I set it to reboot once a month for now.

Remember. Crossfire main card will always be 10c hotter than second card due to ventilation.

Without any undervolting n proper exhaust u will be looking at 89c aka throttling n high wear n tear at gpu.

My gpu are in optimal temp so no huge damage long term.

How much does your electricity bill come up to roughly due to your mining ?

Yeah, but take note of the token lockout until August, which is Bitcoin fork month, take note of this token for now.

Don't really understand but it's ok. If I managed to get some PAY tokens, it's HODLing like nobody's business.  biggrin.gif

The only problem is how much of my precious ETH I want to sacrifice......  bye.gif

Damn, whole day busy. Cannot continue my loan shark activities until I get home tonight.  ranting.gif

It's a very decent hedge, I really don't see much downside from hodling long term, there is a real need for crypto spending these days.

Once my limited edition card arrives on August, I'm deactivating my last UOB debit card, going to spend everything using ETH until DGX is available.

I cannot afford 10 ETH , but i think i get from u tongue.gif

Can buy from panic sellers after it gets listed at exchanges on August, this is a rare chance to have an ETH hedge token.

Was out of the scene for a few days, so did not quite follow this particular ICO news.
I read their overview, will need to read the whitepaper tonight, but at first glance, it seems very interesting, and I am thinking to go on board.
But, judging by what you mentioned about the lockout till August, we may yet see another dip in the cryptocurrency world, which would result in a lot of really cheap coins, including this PAY.
What would be the incentive to go in now, as opposed to going in later in August?
The only risk is that there is no correction, and the prices go exponential in August, so we are all left behind.
But looking at the scenario now, as it seems to me, a massive correction in August seems inevitable by now.

RM600 max with well ventilation. That is with over estimate projection.

But electricity for me is negligible la.. so pure nett profit of usd 300+ per month.

I dual mining with my gpu. Keeping decred as it have future to break into usd100 most probably.

So eth is 30+ mhs n dcr 1040mhs at same time. At current market thats about usd400 per month combined.

for those DIY miners, consider add Solar Panel into your rig to get free energy.

Full details about how Genesis make payouts to your Ether wallet.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is their reply when I posed them the question regarding payouts.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi Mr Raynman,

Thank you for contacting us.

The payout you see is from your free hashpower and it is to small for transfer.

All of our payouts are daily and automatic but the actual transfer to the wallet address(es) you provide takes place when the amount reaches the minimum for transfer.

The minimum amount for transfer to the wallet is

for BTC 0.0015
for ETH 0.05

since many small payouts will cause higher fee for the users when sending coins to third party (as of large number of inputs). Also several web wallets do not allow such small amounts to be received and credited to the users accounts.

Daily payouts for your coins are accumulating in your coin balance every time they are lower than this amount and will be paid out to you when the amount reaches the minimal level required for transfer.

By then, you can check your daily balanced coins by hovering over an "i" icon under "Payouts/My payouts/Net payout" section on your account (not in "My pending balance of payouts" - this section is reserved only for pending period connected to the purchases via credit card). Also keep in mind that Mining day date refers to the mining day that passed, not the date of the payout.

There is no sum info - the transfer to the wallet happens automatically every time the balance reaches the minimum amount.

If you want to check your balance yourself, when checking please keep in mind that one type of coin payouts are separate for different kind of contract and they shouldn't be summed up together.

As for your 100 MH/s contract: contracts purchased via credit/debit card are mining right away but payouts are held for a month, as stated in the Terms also. This is because of fraud and security reasons. Once the month has passed, the full amount will be released to your wallet, and from then on you will receive a daily payout.

In the mean time you can see your earnings accumulate via My Orders, under "My pending balance of payouts". First payout can take up to 48 hours to appear though. In practice, around 30 (give or take 2-3 days) days will pass (depending on the start time of the contract and on payout time) until payout to your wallet. First payout is usually the day payout. That will trigger the release of the balanced amount which will be paid out at next payout.

Your balance will be updated once per day, within 24 hours AFTER a mining day and before midnight, in UTC time! We do not have fixed payout times, so the update can occur at any time during the day. As a result of that if one day payment is early, and the next payment is late, almost 48 hours can be in between, but you will receive a payment for every mining day.

The graphs on our website are based on payouts, so until payouts to your wallet occur, they will show nothing. We do not have real time information we can show you unfortunately.

Best regards,

Sandy

Wah! So you and jack2 will be receiving your Ethers daily because the payout exceeds the minimum required for transfer to wallet.

Of course, this happens after the one-month waiting period.

More Qs:

1. Is 1ETH will give you 350 or 200 TOKENS? From this website it says 200:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1953612.0

2. Did some research and found that the debit/credit card stores crypto however let's say I am in AU and I can use the card and the card can convert crypto (e.g., ETH) directly to AUD for spending?

https://www.inc.com/brian-d-evans/cryptocur...e-millions.html

3. TenX = name of project?
PAY = name of cryptocurrency?
TOKENS = PAY tokens?

4. So if I buy the TOKENS with some ETH then I will get the TOKENS. and what is the potential return?

Sigh my initial aim for crypto is to only buy and hold ETH cause I don't have time to bother about the ups and downs. Now that the more I read this thread the more things I want to involve hence spending me more time cry.gif
