Actually if I can Cash & Carry...I can get more discount but I choose to pay by credit card and ask for a delivery to my house.

May I know whats ur review for this speaker?
As for me, I thiink need to use for quite sometime (run in period) in order to get the maximum quality sound.

Added on March 30, 2007, 9:19 amMy personal review:

Crisp, good detail, slightly cool and laid back, doesn't bring that mid richness that I like, but what I would call a late night speaker, weighty bass that's not exaggerated, good separation, esp. where drums n bass guitar are concerned, clear delineated notes, not quite as big a soundstage as Proacs.
Very well integrated and balanced. nothing forward or obvious, very neutral.

some how, i think AE speaker line has sort of "clear" feeling of the mid range. not very thick if compare to Epos or B&W. which make the human vocal very very thick and in some body ear, emphasis. but in my ear, it's "ngam-ngam"
AE is so far quite well integretad. and from what i heard of AE Lite and AE reference ONE. the bass is not really thumping. perhaps it's best for vocal, slow and light music. such as slower jazz..
bass impact is not very good for faster song like gipsy king.
=)
how ever, i do very much loved AE sound. the sound characteristic is very obvious throughout their product line. even though Aego M.
ahaha...

Acoustic Energy Aegis Evo 3 vs

Monitor Audio Bronze B4
Mordaunt Short Avant 5.1
Wharfedale Diamond 9 5.1

Verdict:

Even in the face of such stiff competition, Acoustic Energy's Evo 3 system continues to reign supreme. While other systems struggle to tread the fine line between scale and subtlety, the Evo 3s are so finely balanced they could cartwheel the line without slipping to the side of either overstated or insensitive. And their equally agile musical ability clinches the crown.
Elsewhere, none of these systems disappoint. Monitor Audio's Bronze B4s deserve silver position on the podium for an exciting presentation that's tailor-made for movies, while Mourdant Short's Avant 5.1 produces a similarly energetic performance that represents great value for money. Wharfedale's Diamond 9s adhere well together but come unstuck when the front stereo pair is separated from the system.
