i think the only problem is not to get the motor overheat. other than that i think there shouldn't be any problem on weight lifting provided the max kerb of the car doesn't go beyond its limit. if it also comes with a auto trip off upon reaching the max height or min height should make it practical

why u all so lazy alwiz depend on electronics and electric to help u arr??... this will drain ur car battery faster....
if u want easier jacking, go tesco buy hydraulic jack lor... the last time i saw was about rm40 only.... 2 tonne hydraulic jack....

laugh.gif Good point there. Actually i think for the hydraulic jack now isn't that expensive lo. I once saw it in Giant selling at RM38 or something like that.

true. i reckon the 2 tonne jack is more durable and safer than the motorized scissors jack. besides that, you dont want to be jacking it up halfway, motor died and have your car stuck in midair right? gotta kick the jack down tongue.gif

I think it's depending on the ratio of the driving motor and the jack to determine it's torque ability?
