It's not a lie, Christ Jesus died on that Cross, his life was taken to redeem you and I.

In there, there is no contradiction. God still mete out his judgement.

Hence the purpose of the cross.

Hence also why I worship this God.

If other type of god, maybe you or I will have to die for him but this God died for me.

If that is not divine Love, then nothing is.

When you talked about stopping evil, you should know that evil is done in action by Man (represented male & female). That is out of free will.

If God were to stop evil, then God will have to remove the person.

Hence to be of no contradiction, God will have to judge every person for their sins committed.

In there you will complain God is merciless.

I post this to counter your claim that what God did by sending Christ to the Cross isn't his Love for us.

Is your church the BIGGEST in Malaysia that people feel insecure about it? When I was in Malaysia, locals told me that they feel annoyed when their church are not as "popular" or "Big" as other churches.

You know how blessed Malaysian churches are compared to most European churches? So many believers attending churches during Saturdays / Sundays.
