Additional static IPs - How to configure?

I have applied for and received 5 IP addresses for my office connection, does anyone know how I can get these to work? Do I need to log in to the Maxis router and make any changes? Currently it is still on the old single static IP address I got when it was first installed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

why on earth did u apply for 5 static ip in the first place?
