I didn't do any weightlifting. All I did was about 1 hour jog every evening and breakdown my meals in smaller portions and eat accordingly, and not take any fastfood like instant noodles, etc. In about 1 month I just shave about 2KG permanently. Can feel a bit different than before la...I get hungry quick. My body also toned down a bit that my friend can actually realize it. I don't really take supper though. Usually I will just drink one or two glasses of cold water before going to sleep. But breakfast is a must for me. But then again, I've always been like a balloon.
