1.age 20, height 178cm , weight 80kg , bmi duno but sure overweight
2.current diet .. normally sleep until 12pm .. so no breakfast , 80% of the time no lunch { sumtime ate few fiber biscuit } , dinner around 6pm {1 plate of rice + meat + vege} , trying my best not to eat supper .. {90% of the time no supper } ...
3. exercise ? very seldom ... 1 week 2 or 3 time 100sit-ups and some push up ..
