my diet :no rice, trying to avoid carb
my execise rutin:morning:walk n jogging arond 2 km
night :cycle for 1hour
how to make it keep cutting down on the weight...??
after cycle lose some weight ...eat a bit n drink than sure weight rise again
hate this ...i really wanna lose it
i think one thing that is great is that i can jog now for a while..where i could not do that before
i just started for about one week...
any advise u guys??
