something to ask, i read the thread from the first page,

do you all mention tuna in water?

is that same as "tuna in water in tin" where sale in supermarket?

but i found out that 2 whole grain bread with tuna can't fill my stomach....

so any suggestion?

but normally suggest that jogging in the morning with empty stomach, right?

if 30min per session, could it possible that take breakfast within 30 mins after we wake up?

another ques, do the whole grain bread consider high carbo?
