Before this I dd jogging, increasing the time and round... so far I've managed to los 25kg with workout + diet.
Then recently I just started HIIT after hearing all the benefits about it! Oh gosh, last time I can jog/walk for 8 rounds or 1 hour... nw 3-4 rounds of HIIT almost dead liao hahaha! but I'm still doing it! many fats around tummy to burn while doing abs workout haha

U noe there have been talking about HIIT or rather interval training fast for fat loss. The fastest is 9km/h right? or was it 9mph? +I can't remember.. Jz nw I on threadmill the first time, 13mph seems so slow to me!!!! I guess I've been doing above 16mph normally when I jog, yes, I sprint like those 100m runner... No wonder I get exhausted easily.. hahaha! and I guess 13mph is like my normal speed of jogging... "

haha... no la..
I did the 13mph for 15mins... actually still dn feel tired..
the 16mph thingy? Normally I jogged around that but can't go really beyond 4-5 mins... it's not that I feel tired but my legs cant stand it anymore... hehe..
I guess, that's sprint? 16mph is exhausting... but after I do it for intervals last time... as in after around then walk for a round and repeat... perhaps, that's why I lose weight very fast last time hehe
