Diet: Morning eat yogurt, culutured drink, oatmeal with fruit slices
Lunch eat a fist size of rice with chicken or fish n veggies (if im too hungry)
Dinner eat fried rice (if too hungry) or fruits before heading to bed
In between meals eat rice crackers, sumtimes junk food
Fat %: i don't know
Mid last year i started to exercise together with my fren(doing aerobics from the CD) and starting a diet of fruits only and i manage to loose 5 kg. Earlier this year my weight started to slowly gain back to where i was to 85 kg
The problem is i don't think im fat but the reality sinks in wen ppl comment on how fat i am. Furthermore, wen i started watching the home n health channel, im starting to worry about all this crazy obese related disease.
Rite now i know i have to lose all this weight with all this health scare. Plus i think im gaining weight bcoz my exercise buddy just moved away n i use food s my comfort (comfort food). I have no trouble exercising. I enjoy it. it's just that im too lazy to start n do it alone. Yesterday im taking small steps at a time to start exercising bcoz i noticed that my arms n thighs have grown bigger...
Any suggestions from the health gurus?
