JK.But seriously if you feel like you need to load up on carbs jsut eat wholemeal bread.It's full of fibre so you wont get hungry quicly and because it has yeast in it, it will expand further in your stomach.Whats more!.It burns faster than rice cuz it's not as startchy.In direct translation, it has a lower GI(Glycemic Index).
