hello! I've learned alot from all ur posts this far.. biggrin.gif I have a question tho, If i'm looking purely at fat loss, my aim is simply to look slimmer. Would it be helpful to take whey protein powder shakes or is it more effective if i go on meal replacement shakes.. I'm just worried tht protein powder, BCAA etc contribute to muscle building as those are body building suplements and dats not sumthing I want.

Whats a recommendable healthy diet/supplements if i'm looking at weight loss only. Do educate me if i've got sum kinda misconception! thanks heaps!
