Hi, I'm kinda "new" to this thread ... i've read the first few pages here. So, here's some info regarding me.
age: 23
weight: 55kg (morning) and 56kg (nite)
height: 163cm
BMI: no idea
fat%: no idea
Diet: Morning (nothing or gardenia jagung roll) Lunch (mixed rice or plain rolled oats) Dinner (nothing or rolled oats)
Exercise: Almost everyday except if i'm busy but minimum 4 times per week. I do pilates for dummies from CD (basics and intermediate), cardio fat burner CD (by kathy smith), and body twister (sometimes if i'm not tired from pilates and cardio workout).
I used to be at 48kg 3 years ago and my weight hi-jacked to 63kg after i started paktuh

. But after i broke up with him, I started doing exercises for the past couple of months or so and i managed to lose weight to 55kg now coz I sked kenot find bf if too fat

. I used to be on size 31/32 previously when i was 63kg and i'm down to size 28/29 now.
Jz wanna ask if my diet is orite and oh yeah, i drink tonnes of plain water everyday. If i eat out, mostly i'll order either ice lemon tea (with no sugar) or jz plain iced chinese tea. And wanna ask, how can I make my stomach flat?? Why is it that my face is still so round and my tummy is still so round?? How to burn those fat at my underarms?? I have huge underarms. My thighs and butt are smaller now after i did the exercises above and now my lower legs have muscles

.. i think it's due to the stretching from pilates .. keke.
By the way, after doing the cardio dance, usually i'll be totally worn out .. can i straight away drink lotsa plain water or do i haf to wait for a while before i start drinking plain water ?
Any of ur advices will be highly appreciated
