I know my BMI is normal but I just want to have a nice body shape.
My diet? Normally no breakfast, too rush for me. Lunch? Either sandwiches or pao, sometimes when I have time, fried kuey teow or nasi lemak or eco rice. Dinner, depends do I have time to eat or not. I am quite busy with my work. So not much time for me to do any exercise. But my work need to walk around, sometimes run too. I was thinking to try out swimming but so far no time for it yet. So any better way for me to get a better shape? Cut off food? I do not know why do I look chubby/ fat with current weight and height. Help please
