Any of ur advices will be highly appreciated It's not recommended to skip meals as a form of weight reduction. Kindly google on yoyo effect and understand the concept. Instead of skipping meals, u should add the amount of meals to at least 5-6 a day. This is to reduce the amount u eat each day, prevent from feeling hungry and increase your metabolism to burn more fats. Make sure u eat breakfast within 30 mins after you wake up. Stay away from carbs ,processed food and take more protein instead. Eat stuffs like oats, brocolli,lettuce apple, orange, low fat diary products and soya products. Green tea is good for burning fat as well. Cheers ~! |
