speak on my own experiences:
1. possible rc: tiang wires go to your house (at roof area) normally connected to 1 small box, check for:
.............a) was the box hang around and shake when storm/raining/big wind days -->commonality analysis
.............b) was the 2 wires insulator after long exposure to sun and cracked (insulator dropped) and the wires touch each other when windy/raining/storm days --> every time these 2 wires "short" it cause dc connection (be careful when climb up to root top)
i got this problem during my rental house period, tm actually not able to fix. at m new place i encountered above problem. was done by tm technician after they confirmed terminal area/port/board no issue, they want examine connection between wire go to my house and mana tau saw that cracked wires. and i think back is quite true if mostly happen raining+windy day.
sorry for my rip english
