Google is my coach but I read thoroughly everything and then compare because I need to find the BS and filter them. One to one coach isn't an option in my case, so do a training partner.

But then I used to train in this gym, and I notice this trainer doesn't train his clients properly. And of course he got a nice build. What I trying to say is you need to search a good trainer too, not just the one that looks good.

All you need is a good information and dedication.

try your luck. i managed to grab a plan at below rm200 for 12 months.
(bodyweight, nutrition(recipes and meal) plan, gym, running all in.)

results: 3 months on the nutrition and gym workout. impressed.

athleanx
changed to this recently due to repetitive freeletics workout. more on cardio which suits me.getting ripped than before. but costly. at rm4xx for 3 months plan.(workout + nutrition plan)

not highly recommended on this. just follow his videos on youtube and do something from there.

*going back to freeletics end of this month.
