Not really hard. I use gpad oni and beat the easy and medium mode with all 5 stars. But cannot do it in hard mode. So far oni earned 5 stars on 4 songs in the hard mode.My fingers all really sakit one. : ) Guess have to buy the guitar lor..Like huss said, play without guitar is like having sex wif a condom..^^

anyway, gimme 2 months time la. just got the game last week i guess, still suck at this thing. especially HOPO.

i got 5 stars for carry on wayward son on medium. And i tried playing Woman on hard, wtf wei !!!! Like unkool said, quadruple wtf ?!?!?! How the hell u get 5 stars on hard mode wei ??

aiya, u got play real guitar 1 mah so it's easier for u. some of us dun so it's a bit hard on us. must give time

err i dont think playing the real guitar help u much. First time i play still like noob wei

Real guitar helps your picking. Thats all. Mastering the game is a whole different thing, i spent like 6 months practising everyday ok when GH1 first came out.

I just got mah GH2.

Man...its not an easy game. Need to practice...otherwise just can't press the right frets. I have this problem where I see the the frets onscreen as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5...but my fingers is 2 (index), 3, 4 5 (pinky)...weird eh?

Oh...and another thing. I feel like the strum button is too sensitive. I can't "flick" it...but have to hold it down. If I flick it, it considers it as 2 strums... >_<

I find it easier when I use 3 fingers (at least if when I'm playing medium and hard), index on red, middle on yellow and ring on blue (but at certain situations my pinky will join in). But even now I dunno if that's the proper way to play.

I tried using normal controller just now and I find that some songs are easier with it!

of course using the controller will be confirmed super uber easy.

its helps if you have flexible fingers and an acute sense of rhythm. u should see my colleague fatcatlim shred it.

It doesn't help if you played guitar before. Kept wanting to strum the guitar way instead of GH way.
