Anyone working at OSRAM, how was the working life over there?? Just got an offer as material analyst, wanna know more about the company as previous I heard from my friend the working hour is very flexible and benefit wise so far now is top in Penang. Can anyone share ?????

Master grad? My friend degree holder just 3.1k. Got sign in bonus, quarterly bonus.
Must work 9 h 15 min per day but can start from 7 am to 9 am. |

i only heard good stuffs about Osram Penang; stable job, not much workload, decent pay etc. seems like a good place to work in electronic field. ask_dino liked this post

Why did I read somewhere at Glassdoor or the likes, that its as shitty as can get. Wonder if I read the wrong company or something not adding up.
