Hi, is there any app in iPhone that can be used as remote control for my Air Con or TV?
I found few from the app store but cannot be used. Need to add on hardware?

iPhone have no IR or RF transmitter. You will need add-on/ external hardware no matter what app you using. Unless You have smart AirConditioner and TV. Then look for the official app. For example Samsung Smart View app for their SmartTV series.
