Basically, Bukit Rahman Putra had matured amenities. The whole area mainly are terrace and semi d, mostly gated and guarded. Safely wise I think is ok, not staying there, so not sure about this. The major concern, I think will be the traffic during peak hours since there are one bridge in and one road out, but if u work in the industrial area of the brp then should be not a problem. Price on the high side because of it low density can't expect cheaper price with this kind of low dense development. I think if for own stay, it is a good place to live in, but for investment, u need hold a bit longer. Just my opinion.

Welcome, but now everywhere also jam one la, just see how bad it is. But the low density really a plus point. Now most new project minimum 500 unit and above, and mostly service apartment with retail shop below. So will be another plus point if u want more privacy. Maybe can visit the showroom, if u like the layout and overall concept, then is a good buy for own stay.

Maybe u just register ur interest at their website, will have ppl contact u shortly, if not mistaken, should start at 1.7mil before discount
