Hi sifus! Looking for some advice for the right tool for a drilling holes into Corian (solid surface countertop).

I'm planning to install an undersink filter with a filtered water faucet (the small kind for drinking water), and I need to drill through countertop because the sink I have is undermount, no surface to put the faucet.

Borrowing a friend's Bosch tools, but he insist need rotary hammer, while I think an hammer drill is sufficient because it's more resin compared to quartz.

What is sifu's opinion? Drill or Rotary Hammer?
