guys,
I need to buy a drill to make a 75mm dia hole through a double brick wall..
I only have a Bosch 550 GRE.. What else do I need to buy ? and where? Hardware masonery bits only make small holes..
I am looking to buy online or can anyone sell a spare 75mm dia hole maker to me?

QUOTE(lucifah @ Jun 4 2017, 08:50 AM) 75mm is very big, there is no single drill bit that is that size what one usually do is drill a few holes alng the 75mm diameter then punch the hole using hammer & chisel QUOTE(yushin @ Jun 4 2017, 09:17 AM) Double brick wall is about 25cm thick? You need to buy those very long mansory drill bit to drill many small holes in a circle then slowly chisel it out. I dug a 150mm hole on my house wall for ventilation that way. PS: I use rotary hammer, not just drill. yes 10" to 12" thick.. I was thinking there was a masonry hole cut for that size.. Seems that's the way to do it.. Thank you..

QUOTE(ozak @ Jun 6 2017, 11:06 AM) That is big hole. Forget the bosch 550gre for such a big hole. Even my Bosch 16re 700w bore a 100mm hole on the wood, like struggling. Hole drill freaking hot. Lastly have to use the makita rotary drill to finish up the job. You can use concrete bore hole saw. Either diamond tip or tungsten carbide teeth. Need at least Makita rotary drill minimun requirement spec. You need to take time to bore and not hurry. Drill and stop with plenty of water to cold down the tip. Hole bore sawYeah.. I was asking for it at the hardware shops but they don't have.. Nevermind I already hacked it out.. Using grinder then hacker.. thanks anyway bro..
