from my previous experience cutting small bolt, this 12v cut faster than 18v maybe due to its higher rpm and thinner blade profile...and also it cleaner cut too.
how much is those 76mm disk? really cheap cheap ah?
the disc i got it for rm23/5pcs so around rm 4.80 per piece
which is kinda ok. a normal 100mm (bosch, makita, hitachi, tailin, etc) is around rm 2.80 - rm 3 a piece
so i think it's fair price though. it's very hard to find, deswai i sapu whatever i can grab from CSM since they have free delivery
my place here sells a box of 5 for rm 40+. Haihs
lelong.com.my got sell it for rm 24. but delivery to my place is an extra rm18 here
a humidity / climate meter. i dont call this thermometer because it measured the temperature of a room rather than a specific place or point (i have a laser thermometer for that)
now, my diagnostics tools for my work are complete - infrared thermometer, room thermo / humidity meter, anemometer & also a tachometer. all for the purpose of diagnosing and repairing air-handlers

man, this is a clever use of a sabre saw. brb. go bai one liao
anyway, the blade doesn't rust? i know my parang owes turns brownish after kena coconut water
I am using Bosch blade. Surprising it doesn't rust. Just rinse and dry it before keeping it. Last me more than a year d.
Online seller mostly sell in a pack of 5pcs. Unless you go retail and ask seller to sell it loose...but of course the price won't be as cheap compare with whole pack. Usually I will buy from retail ( shabby looking hardware store ) hoping that the salesperson sold me the whole pack as a single unit price ( because sometime they label the pricing as single unit )...which happened to me before..Lol.
I would suggest only use Bosch blade or Lenox blade...others like Milwaukee not so good. Lenox ( bi metal ) is the best blade from my experience..

Ah... the qoo10 voucher. I was skeptical at first, but when i see reports that people start receiving their qoo10 order, i bang my head liak
That fateful morning of preorder, i had the choice of samsung store, lazada with rm50 voucher, senq with +1 yr warranty and then qoo10 with unrealistic rm500 off
Hi sifu-sifu, been going through this thread for the past couple of days. Just starting out with home woodworking. Need your advice on my next purchase. I have a bosch 12v drill and I want to purchase a saw next. Am looking at the 12v jigsaw GST-12v and the GKS-12v circular saw. Which on should i get first considering I'll be doing most of my woodworking things right in front of my front door since I live in an apartment. Prior to this I have been using handtools. I'm considering a cordless one cause I can bring it down to the yard at the back of the apartment to do some cutting where there are no power supply access. I'll be cutting mostly salvaged pallet boards and beams.

12v is only for light wood and job cutting.
If you serious, start get the 18v collection. More power and work longer hr.
