Less 20-30% power |

QUOTE(ozak @ Nov 23 2017, 07:41 PM) Take smaller cut and not that precise is still ok. Z-axis should be fine but X & Y probably weaker, especially when they feed using electric motor. I'm not sure if they used closed loop system with sensor feedback to ensure the distances are correct when the resistance of cutting varies.Buying china machine like this is tricky. have to check properly, research alot. This are the main weak arm. The all aluminium material on the machine is already know that it is not that strong. ![]() I think you can't expect much from a CNC machine priced at there. Even pneumatic driven feed machine from china will cost 15~30k. |

If I set the cut rate at 0.5mm it should not exert too much force on the support.I think you can't expect much from a CNC machine priced at there. Even pneumatic driven feed machine from china will cost 15~30k. Can cut slower if you are not rushing to produce many units in short time. Big strong industrial grade CNC too big too heavy too expensive to put inside the house. |

QUOTE(yushin @ Nov 24 2017, 08:54 AM) Look at amazon black friday deal, wah... good price. Everytime see the thing shiok shiok, nice price. Than check the deliver, "This item does not ship to MY". Next look at delivery charges, dammit I'll just buy "alternatives/OEM" from Taobao instead. Few more time see this message, no mood already. |

Any weak structure on the axis will cause accuracy. I can't see the rest behind structure. I think you can't expect much from a CNC machine priced at there. Even pneumatic driven feed machine from china will cost 15~30k. Actually before this, I did check this similar mc in youtube. Damn, the structure y and z axis is super thin. With some thin alu angle bar ass'y together. Not sure this stepping motor have a feedback or not. Mostly don't have. The picture motor behind have a white cap which normally don't have. That white cap usually house a feedback unit inside. If the mc can't do what you expect it to do, what the use to buy it even it is cheap ? Or get the cheapest wan, modify it to strengthen the mechanism side. What you want is the controller and the motor. You don't need everything depend on China to make. Make your CNC. |

I guess the same, no feedback because the sensors itself are costly. Actually before this, I did check this similar mc in youtube. Damn, the structure y and z axis is super thin. I went to one of the pneumatic shop in Klang to get the full booklet, they have all the parts required for pneumatic cnc machine, from pneumatic clamp, table rotate, feed piston, etc but I don't know how should I build the system |

QUOTE(ozak @ Nov 24 2017, 09:25 PM) Browse around lazada and ebay, bare tool ranges from 550-650.The Bosch GRO has has more power/torque than dremel 8200. If I buy dremel I need to maintain another battery platform. Dremel 8200 costs about RM500 with 1 10.8v 1.5AH batt and charger. PBosch GRO price in UK is 50gbp. Transport 16gbp, ouch!!!
