Last heard decent take up rate until 2nd block

3rd block onwards very lukewarm response as price increase...

Not sure if they will change their layout to smaller size to sell cheaper

Their showroom in wisma mustapha kamal also cchange to other project already

Last year was still recently. Probably they change the layout to smaller size and offer 330k?

The loaction isnt that good anyway not that central. Nearby rumah selangorku masreca 19 project
