CYBERJAYA: Projek kediaman Syarikat Perumahan Negara Bhd (SPNB) Aspire Residence Cyberjaya di Cyber 10 di sini yang dikategorikan sebagai 'projek sakit' akan siap dan diserahkan kepada pembeli pada September tahun ini, kata Pengerusi SPNB Datuk Husam Musa.
Beliau berkata sejak kontraktor baharu, Juteras Vision Sdn Bhd, mengambil alih projek berkenaan pada Mei 2022, ia telah mencapai lebih 93 peratus kemajuan pembinaan secara keseluruhannya.
"Blok 1 telah mencapai 95 peratus kemajuan, Blok 2 (93 peratus), dan Blok 3 (90 peratus)," katanya kepada Bernama dan RTM selepas melawat tapak pembinaan Aspire Residence di sini hari ini.
